Ο σερβιτόρος που έκανε τον Κάρολο να ξεκαρδιστεί – «Συγγνώμη Βασιλιά», του έλεγε συνεχώς

Ο βασιλιάς Κάρολος βρέθηκε σε μία παμπ στο Λονδίνο, πριν από τα Χριστούγεννα, όπου και συνάντησε τον πιο… σοκαρισμένο σερβιτόρο.

Ο σερβιτόρος έκανε τον βασιλιά Κάρολο να γελάσει με την καρδιά του, αφού έπεσε κατά λάθος πάνω του και ξεκίνησε να του ζητά συγγνώμη, αποκαλώντας τον «Βασιλιά». Ήταν η πρώτη φορά σύμφωνα με τον Βασιλιά Κάρολο, που κάποιος τον αποκαλεί «Βασιλιά» (King) και όχι «Μεγαλειότατο» (Your Majesty).

Αναλυτικότερα, όταν ο μονάρχης μαζί με τη σύζυγό του, Καμίλα επισκέφτηκαν την παμπ, μέλος του προσωπικού έπεσε κατά λάθος πάνω στον Κάρολο, ανοίγοντας την πόρτα της κουζίνα με την πλάτη. Ο άνδρας, φανερά σοκαρισμένος, προκάλεσε γέλιο στον Κάρολο και στην παρέα του, όταν ζήτησε επανειλημμένα συγγνώμη λέγοντας: «Συγγνώμη, Βασιλιά», αντί για «Μεγαλειότατε».

Όπως δήλωσε ένας φίλος του Καρόλου στη Daily Mail: «Ο Βασιλιάς και η Βασίλισσα παρευρέθηκαν σε ένα πάρτι στην παμπ και ο άνδρας έπρεπε να κουβαλήσει ένα μεγάλο δίσκο με ορεκτικά από την κουζίνα. Άνοιξε την πόρτα του δωματίου χρησιμοποιώντας την πλάτη του, για να κρατήσει και με τα δύο του χέρια τον βαρύ δίσκο. Μετά έπεσε πάνω σε κάποιον.

Στο μέλλον, τον συμβούλεψαν πως… αν τον ξανασυναντήσει, θα πρέπει να τον αποκαλεί “Μεγαλειότατο”».
